Sorry Trumpistan seems to have been counting on Iran as the scary boogie man only a really tough guy like trump could tame, but it’s Iran licking its wounds this morning, wondering about the whereabouts of a tough guy capable of standing up to Israel and its allies, because right now, he seems to be hiding underground somewhere.

There’s still a non-zero chance this could escalate further, so you can cross your fingers, but I think it’s unlikely. Iran needs to go back to the military drawing board, and Israel will likely take this landslide win and focus on its far more complex problems in Gaza, which strength alone can’t solve.
